4 Weeks of PTO

Our team works hard, so rejuvenation is a must. And with 4 weeks of PTO each year, you’ll have plenty of time for everything you want to do.

Summer/Winter Weeks Off

You know that feeling after a week off when message list seems about 3-feet long? We do too. So each summer & winter, we all take the same week off. That’s a solid week of no work texts, emergency calls, or messages to answer when you return.

Flex Wednesdays

We’re all about autonomy, so every Wednesday you pick your hours. Are you a night owl? Start your workday late. Want to be done with your day by 10:00a, wake up early (but please, make sure you have coffee).

6-Hour Workday

We’re not interested in paying humans to warm chairs. If you can get your work done in 6-hours, shut it down. Our target is that you hit this marker about 80% of the time.

Mostly Remote

Yeah, we have an office. Come by when you can, for weekly team meetings, brainstorming sessions, or work from home or a coffee shop.
